During a recent incident of high blood pressure, Dr. Eckersley was excellent in my referral to hospital. The continuing care from the surgery is brilliant. I also had wonderful treatment at Trelisk hospital and Hale carry on the good work.

After being awake all night with chest pains and high blood pressure. I went to the surgery. Dr Rossiter ask me what the problem was so I told him, he then said do you smoke, I said yes, he then said do you have a funeral plan as your likely to lean one. This totally shocked me and made me feel very upset. He then took my ECG and said it was all right. He then tried to take blood from my right arm and gave up and said he would try my left after several attempts he eventually managed to get some. He then started to lecture. Me in a very condescending manner about smoking. Rather than argue I decided to leave feeling worse than when I went in.
